by commissioning me, you agree to my tos & permissions.

my commissions are private sales as part of a non-commercial, hobby-based activity.

no vat is charged or shown, as i am not operating as a business.

receipts are provided solely as confirmation of payment.

prohibited:

my artwork may not be altered, copied or shared without my explicit written permission. this includes commercial use (trading, selling, profiting). giving credit does not replace the need for permission.

my artwork may not be used for any blockchain-related or crypto-related purposes.

my artwork may not be shared on x (twitter), pinterest and tiktok under any circumstances.

allowed:

my artwork may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. this does not include reposting and printing.

using my artwork as a profile picture on social media is permitted, as long as you credit me.

commissioned works may be reposted only by the client, with proper credit.

payment and refund:

payment is via paypal in € / euro. alternative payment methods may be discussed upon inquiry.

prices may change based on the complexity of your request. if i find your concept to be more complex and time-consuming, we will discuss whether you'd like to pay an additional fee or opt for a simplified version that fits the standard pricing.

full payment is required before i send the first concepts for revision. do not send me payment before i ask you to.

commissions may be canceled only before payment.

finished commissions are non-refundable. this also applies to discontinued commissions due to violations.

if i am unable to finish your commission, i will transfer the money back to you via paypal. this excludes commissions discontinued due to violations. do not issue a charge-back.

process of commission:

only request via the form if you have visual references and payment ready. if youd like to discuss prices for a concept youre contemplating commissioning, please contact me.

major changes must be suggested during the thumbnailing stage. afterward, additional fees may apply based on how time-consuming the change is. minor changes may be voiced after the thumbnailing stage without an extra fee.

after approving the final result, the commissioned work will be sent to you via email - or a chosen social platform - with your receipt. the receipt will include the agreed-upon commission details and charges.

the standard time of completion is two weeks. this may change based on complexity and my time schedule. you will be informed if delays occur.

usage and rights - artist:

i retain the right to share commissioned work on social media, in portfolios and for self-promotional purposes. you will be credited!

i retain the copyright of the artwork, even after completion and digital delivery.

usage and rights - client:

you are allowed to use commissioned work for private/ personal purposes. this means that you have permission to display the commission in personal spaces and share it on social media - unless it is a platform that i have prohibited - with proper credit.

you may not alter, edit or modify my work without my permission - with the exception of minor changes such as cropping and editing for profile pictures and banners.

any commercial use of the commissioned artwork requires explicit written permission and may require an additional licensing fee. commercial usage of my artwork includes selling products with the artwork on it, using it for branding, advertising and promoting, and using it in any commercial projects like books, games, websites, etc.

my commercial commissions dont include exclusive rights. this means that while you may use the the artwork in your project or for marketing, i retain ownership and my beforementioned rights.

blacklist:

i reserve the right to refuse or discontinue my services if you commit a major violation of my terms of service. severe breaches, such as chargeback abuse, exessive revision requests, and harassment - but also unauthorized use of my artworks and bigotry - will result in immediate termination of your commission and blacklisting.

minor violations such as excessive delays in communication and payment, or failure to follow minor guidelines, may result in warnings and/or refusal of future commissions.
